Worldwide Shopping Tours provides a complete shop to home service. We offer an exclusive tailored shopping tour based around your shopping needs, private car and driver transport, knowledgeable bilingual guide and secure, fast delivery of your goods home to Australia.

Q2: How is an itinerary developed that will suit my needs?
On receiving the deposit, we will send you a form requesting specific information about the kinds of articles you are looking for, styles and price range. One of our Travel Experts will work in conjunction with you and our network of Retail Researchers to design a personal itinerary that that meets your needs.

Q3: Your innovative tour itineraries look great. Is it possible to combine innovative itineraries?
We tailor all tours to meet your needs. We can modify existing innovative itineraries, combine two or more or custom design a tour. All you have to do is tell us what you are interested in buying and we’ll ensure you have a fun, safe and prosperous tour.

Q4: I have travelled extensively to most of your destinations. Can you take me to shops that are “off the beaten” track that I haven’t been to before?

By tapping into our network we ensure that we can develop an itinerary that meets your needs, including taking you to “off the beaten” track shops not normally frequented by tourists.

Because our tours focus on individuals and their different needs, lunch is not included in tour prices as we recognize that different people have different tastes and requirements. By offering a flexible itinerary, you decide when you want to eat lunch and where, ensuring your shopping experience remains yours.

Q6: How many people are on each Worldwide Shopping Tours?

Worldwide Shopping Tours are private tours designed for your specific party only. No other groups or people join your shopping tour. Our tours are for you and your other travelling companions which can consist of up to a maximum of 6 people.

Q7: I will be accompanying my husband on a business trip, and am interested in booking a tour with you. Can I go on a tour by myself?

We believe in providing a service that meets your individual needs, for that reason we offer the option of paying a single supplement to allow individuals to experience our shopping tours.

Q8: Do I need to pay for my 10 year old child to come with me on a tour?

No, there is no additional charge for children under 12 years accompanying you on a tour.

Q9: Do the tour guides accept tips?

The price of the tour includes a bilingual guide, therefore you are not required to pay any additional tips to the guide.

Q10: Does Worldwide Shopping Tours receive commission or payment from the shops that we go to?

Our focus is to design personalized shopping tours, sourcing the best buys for you. For this reason we do not receive any commission or payment from any retailer. Our tours are based on the best buys in the best shops.

Q11: What types of vehicles do you use?

While brands vary from country to country, we always ensure that all of our vehicles are safe, comfortable and air-conditioned.

Q12: Can I place other purchases in the transport box other than those purchased on a Worldwide Shopping Tour?

The box supplied to you by DHL is for you to pack your goods purchased on your shopping tour. You can place other purchases or items in the supplied box to the maximum weight of 20kgs. Should you find that you have had an extremely prosperous shopping holiday you can contact us directly to organize the purchase of additional transport boxes.

Q13: Can I just purchase part of a Worldwide Shopping Tour eg the shopping guide and local transport and not the delivery component?

Yes, you can purchase any mix of components of a World Wide Shopping Tour package. You can elect to purchase just the shopping guide and local transport which would include the development of a personal shopping tour itinerary, and exclude the freight of goods home to Australia.

Q14: How do I make a booking?

You can download the booking form from this website and fax directly to us on 08 8380 5150. We will confirm your booking and forward a questionnaire requesting information about your shopping interests. On return of the questionnaire we will commence designing you a personalized itinerary.

Q15: What happens if I need to cancel a tour reservation?

Due to the extensive work involved with researching and organizing your private shopping tour, the following cancellation fees apply should an unfortunate event require you to cancel a tour reservation. More than 30 days before tour date results in loss of deposit, 30 days or less before tour date results in loss of 100% booking cost.
